Overseen by Chef Director Simon Barlow, who has built a national reputation for modern English dishes in leading hotels throughout the British Isles.

You're sure to find flavours to suit your palate and mood from the varied and daily changing menu offerings.

Ingredients are selected that are both wholesome and regionally sourced, for example Morecambe Bay prawns, Trough of Bowland lamb and cheeses and ice creams from local farmhouses.

'The Dining Room' is open for dinner Monday - Saturday and for Sunday lunch - telephone 01204 307171 to make your reservation.

Please note 'The Dining Room' is closed on Bank holidays.
